Simply Sins will use all endeavors to ensure the best possible services and experience for all our users, including those relating to safety and security.
We at Simply Sins are committed to being a part of the international effort to end modern slavery. This policy aims to highlight our commitment and provide information on how we uphold that commitment.
OUR STANDPOINT
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights.
Simply Sins does not have any direct relationship with users of the site, we do provide the platform for users to engage directly with other members on a one-to-one basis. Accordingly, we use our best efforts to create a space where members are free to interact with one another safely and within their own terms and boundaries.
We do not tolerate any activities on our site that use illegal methods for profit and/or personal gain, especially those that willingly exploit others.
We will endeavor to act ethically and with integrity in all our operational dealings and relationships, while always being conscious of the consequences of modern slavery.
THE SIMPLY SINS ANTI SLAVERY POLICY
We do not knowingly support or condone any activity relating to modern slavery on the Simply Sins site and will actively prevent it to the best of our ability. The Simply Sins site through its moderation, verification and vetting processes at sign-up for its users, provide the first line of defence to prevent exploitative accounts being created.
OBJECTIVE
Our aim is the prevention and wherever possible mitigation, with the primary objective to end modern slavery. To help us achieve this objective we strive to uphold and implement monitoring systems to monitor and thoroughly investigate any reports of members in potentially exploitative situations or those being exposed to potentially exploitative situations.
LEGAL ENFORCEMENT
We cooperate fully across all law enforcement agencies to assist with enquiries relating to any investigations. We work proactively with the Home Office, The National Crime Agency and all UK wide police forces, in relation to human trafficking and modern slavery investigations.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
We actively encourage all users to raise any concerns and interact with us to report any issues if they feel they are observing any indication of exploitative behaviour, however small. For our part we will prioritise and investigate thoroughly. By bringing any instances observed to our attention we can liaise with all parties concerned including the relevant law enforcement agencies should that be the required conclusion and action required.
